This form can be found at the top of our website. You will need to print it out, sign it, and return it back to us. This form confirms you are the legal owner of the vehicle you want us to repo. How long does a typical repossession take?

Yes. Under O.C.G.A. § 11-9-609 compliance, a true owner may take back their property with no judicial involvement. However the repossession cannot breach the peace.
Do you work with private parties who don't have a formal loan agreement?
